Atiya Rakyan is a vibrant go getter who loves bringing people together. She has been a part of the event, modelling and fashion world for over 15 years, and is a natural at building and preserving relationships with all of her clients.

Armed with a Masters in English Literature from Goldsmiths, University of London, Atiya was previously the Creative Director at Magnanimous Events where she honed her skills of translating ingenious ideas into reality. She is also a staunch believer and practitioner of sustainable living. To share & practice these beliefs on a larger scale, Atiya worked as the Chief Rawcycling Officer at Raw Pressery, where she was the brainchild behind Rawcycle, an initiative dedicated to recycling plastic into fashion, by turning empty Raw Pressery bottles into t-shirts. Atiya is currently partner at Magnitude, where her constant candour & can do attitude towards everything, creates powerful, happy and positive energy for all those around her.

Over the course of her 10 year career, Farah Lauren Khan has exclusively worked with specialized boutique agencies based out of Mumbai, focused on the luxury lifestyle events and marketing industry. Since 2016 she has been working with the Magnanimous Group, where she currently holds the position of Director – Client Servicing. Blending creativity and structure, organizing events comes naturally to her; the focus and attention to detail required to execute a flawless event, plays right into her perfectionist, hyper organized nature.

With a career that began in the textile industry, Mona Juneja was soon well versed in all the detailing that is synonymous with international fashion houses. Her experience from a design and product creation perspective, all the way to production and execution, soon led her to CEO level dealings with global brands.

With knowledge in hand and a knack for identifying gaps in the consumer market, Mona began to transform the entertainment and hospitality promotion industry in Mumbai with Butter Events, which she started in 2012.
